We do not represent any party in the transaction. We provide an independent professional opinion based on the type of report requested—whether it is an opinion report for a property seeker or a transparency report for an advertiser.
Mashurah’s income does not depend on the completion of the transaction, nor does it receive commissions from sellers or brokers upon closing.
You pay strictly for the report and professional opinion, regardless of whether you choose to proceed with or walk away from the property.
